uping my calories to 1400.. i think that i need more calories to start up my weight loss…
I think i screwed up my metabolism from making myself throw up last summer and the summer before that.. I wasn’t hardcore about it though, I was never roped into doing it.. iit was just a quick fix that has seemed to screw me over.. when will my metabolism go back to being normal??? i hope soon
